Free Delivery On Orders Over £50!

We ship to the UK only.
Local collection (Seaham, United Kingdom) is also available for free.
Postage charges for items under £50 are £3.99 for standard delivery. If you require expedited delivery for an urgent order please get in touch.
We aim to dispatch all Standard Delivery orders within 1-2 working days of being placed, but at particularly busy periods this may take up to 3 working days. (This excludes personalised items).
You will receive an email confirming we have received your order and an email to say the order has been dispatched.
We choose the courier we consider will deliver your order to you efficiently and securely depending on the size and weight of your order.
Inevitably, deliveries may be attempted when you are out, in which case a card will be left to notify you. You should follow the instructions on the card.
We endeavour to ship products before 2pm Monday – Friday.
- Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following working day.
- Please note this excludes weekends and public holidays.
- For example, an order placed at 3pm on a Friday will not be processed for dispatch until the following Monday.

We source our packaging from sustainable organisations.
We will use recycled materials and encourage our customers to recycle these were possible.
We will not pack items using excess packaging.
If the item comes packaged in a plastic bag please ensure these are handled appropriately as they are a chocking hazard to children. Loop-D-Loop LTD cannot be held responsible for any harm or damage as a result of misuse of packaging.

Lead times on personalised items are 3-5 working days.
Personalised items may arrive separate from other items.
Personalised items are non-returnable as they have been altered for the need of the customer. If their is a fault with the item such as a defect then we will happily replace the item like for like.
